At Kaila Boutique, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
